The first tailgate of the season. Its like a baited dove field surrounded by DNR officers. You want to go in because it will be fun, but you will probably get a ticket for illegal actions. As is life on Herty. Not sure what that meant but who cares. It's milla time!! Not really because preferably it would be coors light time but that doesn't really roll off the tongue so milla it is.
We will be there with bells on at 7 am. We will have the regular ol' charcoal grill up and running for hotdogs for lunch and then roasting gamecocks on the grill for a mid afternoon/dinner meal.
Porto potty is confirmed as is the regular set up. Remember to bring earmuffs if you have psychotic breakouts due to excessive bell ringing.
Just post a comment on this blog if you plan to attend and what you are bringing so we don't end up with 7 coolers of ice, no beer and a table full of hint of lime tostitos and no dip.

Not only am I not bringing anything, I may in fact swipe a beer or two. And some of those lime chips.
I'll be there at 7am, or as close thereto as my body will allow. Suz' 30th is Friday, and we may have a couple.
This year I am going with a 3# combo lock for the john ($75 paid and confirmed), but I may still escort the uninvited out, just for fun. I'll bring a backup shirt so the group doesn't have to chip in and buy me a new one this year. Thanks again.
For the morning, I'll bring a pitcher of Bloody's and Mimosa makings. I'll drag a packed cooler of beer for the afternoon. Mr. B, please bring enough RBV for me to have 1 or 2.
Suz can post what food we'll bring. I think all our equipment (chairs, table, tent) is still in the box.

The Prescotts will bring mimosas and bloody mary's for the morning and beer for the afternoon. There has been a request for the mini ham sandwiches, so I'm making those, and I think some 7 layer dip would go great with the lime chips. I will also probably come up with some other items - open to requests.
I am driving solo from Disgusta and as such will be bringing a variety pack from Wife Saver. Chicken fingers, mac 'n cheese, you know, the good stuff. I expect my mimosa to be iced and poured before I hobble up. ETA: 11 a.m.
I'll be there around 11. I am bringing cupcakes and a dip or two (and I am not referring to my roommate - but she is coming too) and plenty o'beer. I was going to bring some stuff for Mimosa's also because they just seem to get gone so quick and that makes me sad!

What about plates, napkins, utensils, cups.....will the party planners be handling that or should we appoint someone?
We have a limited supply of paper plates and enough plastic cups to keep one of those dorky elementary school cup stacking teams in business for a couple of years. No napkins, though. Someone needs to grab those. Amy, maybe your wife can handle it.
I will likely be bringing the usual nugget trey, RVBs, champagne, and other items to be determined. (That is of course, if we survive Suz' 30th party-you never know) Jennifer is still undecided if she can make it yet. Prescott the tent, coolers and other items are at our place.
We have plenty of paper plates and utensils that I can bring. I will also grab some napkins and do we need toilet paper or do the porta potty folks supply that for us??

Why do Ryan and I keep posting the same thing within minutes of each other...that's creepy. He doesn't know what napkins are because he doesn't use them. Ever. I will bring some for the rest of us civilized folks.
Katie and I are bringing potatoe salad and lemon bars.
P.S. I feel that I need to say that my psychoses are tequila induced, so there will be no worries, but just in case I will bring earmuffs... smarty pants.
I have a ton of toilet paper so I'll bring a few rolls.
